Lucy's Finger Discussion

Lucy just came and told me "owie on thumb."

I asked her if her thumb needed a kiss and then kissed it. Trying to seize the opportunity to go over the names of her fingers I asked:

"Do you know what all of your finger's names are?" (you know talking about "thumb, pointer, middle, ring and pinky, which I have been teaching Lucy recently)

Lucy answered while pointing to different fingers:

"Yellow, pink, blue, five" well at least five was on her pinky, which usually ends up being number five when we count them.

It cracked me up. I was probably funnier in person, but I thought you might also enjoy our little finger discussion, thus the quick post! Do laugh and enjoy!
